Scontrinello organises business trip receipts and calculates what you can claim based on the limits you set. It requires no account and uses no analytics or tracking.

Data accessible to the developer

The developer does not receive or have access to the data you enter in the app. Scontrinello processes and stores it on your device.

What Scontrinello stores and where

• Trips and receipts (dates, amounts, expense categories, notes and reimbursement limits), entered by you, stored only in a local database on your device.
• Receipt photos and PDFs you take or attach, stored only on your device.
• Receipts awaiting review and their attachments, stored on your device until you review them.
• App preferences (theme and appearance), stored locally on your device.

Text recognition runs entirely on your device, without sending receipts to a server.

Camera and photos

Scontrinello asks for camera access to photograph receipts and for photo library access to attach receipts you have already photographed. Images are processed on your device and can be included in the PDFs and backups you choose to export.

Sharing

You can export trip PDFs and a backup file containing trips, receipts and attachments, including receipts awaiting review. Use the share menu to choose where to save them or who to send them to. The app or service you choose handles those files.

Third parties

Scontrinello does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not send your data to a server.

Data deletion

Deleting a receipt or a trip removes its data and attachments from the app. Original images in Photos, files in Files, and PDFs or backups you have already exported stay where you saved them. Deleting the app removes the data stored within it.
